TTC for 4th time

My husband and I have decided to try for a boy using Shettles Method. We have 3 beautiful girls and they are also wanting a little brother ( hopefully we can make that happen) but a healthy baby is the most important. So I had my period March 24 lasted 5 days. Start taking opk had high for Thursday , Friday & Saturday. Then tested Sunday morning and got my peak. We baby danced Sunday & Monday night. Tested Friday April 20 got a BFP on clear blue digital. Then Wednesday April 25th started bleeding. I went and saw Ob Thursday the 26th they gave me a Rogam injection since I’m a negative blood type. And also did blood work and was suppose to go back Friday. But Thursday did another hpt on clearblue digital and it said not pregnant. So they told me my original blood work levels were no where near slightly pregnant. So she told me that i was just having my period so April 25-30. So yesterday April 30th did a ovulation test it said low which I figured. Then did another one this morning May 1st and it gave me a high result. I just got off my period the day before. So I called dr and she told me that I should wait until next cycle to try. I’m so sad I have to wait a whole another cycle I was so excited to try again this cycle. My question is has anyone had this happen to them then successful get pregnant next cycle. We never planned it out we were just planned surprise when it happened. I’m also a little confused when to baby dance for higher chance for a boy. Any suggestions would be great. I’m done using digital opk’s and hpt.
