Keeping our fingers crossed!!

So about two- three weeks ago I got the nexplanon implant removed - 3 days later I had what I'm just going to assume was my period because I was bleeding and it lasted my normal 6 days. Fast forward to just this pass Saturday. TMI but I was feeling really//wet// so I checked my cm and how high/soft my cervix was. Cm was creamy - stretchy egg white and my cervix was soft and I'm guessing open?? I can't really tell that one yet so my SO and me had sex pretty much all night and onto the next day. Anyways. Monday and Tuesday my nipples were tingly as all hell and my breasts had actually swelled up somewhat (even moreso now and my nipples are enlarged). MORE TMI but when I went to the bathroom earlier i noticed that I had a fairly good amount of milky/creamy white discharge so I checked my cervix again. It basically felt engorged and this time my cm was a milky white color/slippery ish not stretchy. As of now I don't know if I actually ovulated and I feel like it's way too early to be feeling symptoms if I did (4dpo-3dpo)
