My first irregular bleed

I have a 2 year old son who I conceived with out trying back in 2015 perfectly healthy pregnancy... followed by another pregnancy last year in July conceived again with out trying and I sadly lost this pregnancy at 12 weeks due to down syndrome so this was a missed miscarriage 😔 . I had the evac procedure on jan 5th as I couldn’t pass the remaining clots and I had a period on the 16th jan wich I bled for 5 days followed by a period on the 21st feb I bled for 6 days followed by a period on March 28th I bled for 6 days again . We are actively ttc and have been since feb , this month I had a early bleed(spotting) Monday 21st and has become much heavier over the past few days and I am still bleeding to this day 😒 I have PCO but I have not yet had my bloods to confirm if its PCOS yet . I have been told by the Sonographer yesterday that I do not represent a women with PCOS and she’s sure I do not have the syndrome. Has anyone bled for this long and for how long should i

expect this to carry on as I desperately want to get Baby dancing again ? 🤷🏽‍♀️ thanks for any help Xx
