What should I do?!?!

So I went through my boyfriends Facebook (I don't know why I'm pregnant and just felt really paranoid it's the first time and i know its wrong) and I saw a message from his best friend to him with a picture of a girl saying 'your dream bird' I looked at the girls insta (as any girl would) and he's liked pretty much all her photos. What do I do? I don't want to tell him I've been through his Facebook but I don't know how to keep my mouth shut. He's so uninterested in me now I have a big belly (30 week) never wants sex says I'm getting too big for that, should I be worried or is it just my hormones taking over ☹️☹️☹️☹️
