3rd degree episiotomy... very sore
I gave birth 5 days ago and had a small tear and a 3rd degree episiotomy. The pain was pretty tolerable for the first few days but now it’s extremely sore to the point where I’m in tears every time I sit down. Is it normal to be more sore now than I was right at first?
