opk help!!

okay yall I'm on cd 20. I'm on clomid 100mg. my obgyn said focus cd 14-17. the my days app said day 17, and glo said yesterday (cd 19 ) I have pcos so opks aren't always accurate. I took one the day before yesterday and it looked faint like all the others I've taken since cd 11. we didnt bd, but I decided to go back and look at my opks from the week and the day before yesterday looks positive to me?? I must have looked at it too soon and just put it in the box. yall help me out please! I didnt ovulate on the 1st 2 rounds of clomid 50mg, so this would be my 1st ovulation. I posted a pic of the opk from the day before yesterday, and a pic of my calendar. I didnt test yesterday bc I figured I haven't ovulated again. should I take one today or will the positive be gone?
