third trimester exercises

I'm 29 weeks+ pregnant now. I was thinking of starting my exercises now as I couldn't do much in the previous weeks. a) because I was having pains around my hip bone line, turned out to be serious vitamin D deficiency. b) the home chores made me so tired I don't feel like moving at all. My sister suggests that i should start stretching my legs and do some light exercises for Labour. I googled up some, but I'm not too sure about squats. what do you guys suggest or what have you been suggested? Oh, and I forgot to add that my mother says that my baby feels really low in her position. I get tired very quickly now and my vagina bone starts hurting after a little while of cooking or doing anything while standing...
