To all the single moms or young moms

I had to accompany my husband to his university today with our baby so he could drive me to a medical procedure right after. While he took his final exam I roamed the campus with baby in the stroller.

I am not a young mom (in my 30's) nor am I a single mom, but I guess just being on a college campus without my husband in sight and baby in toe I looked like both. The kinds of dirty looks and comments I got just floored me! I had no idea people treated mamas like this. I still can't get over it and it makes me so angry that people would shame women like that.

So if you're a single mom or a young mom I want to give you props and love for taking care of your children despite ridiculous judgemental people. Let the haters hate and rock on with your fabulous selves!
