hi ladies i had my AMH done 11.3 i am going on 41 and ttc naturally,Ive been taking heart guard for the last month has 150mg of COQ10 i have now up my dose to 400mg of COQ10 its for egg quality,i just wanna know can i take DHEA for egg quality n quantity for natural conception or is it only for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a>,ive got no PCOS ultrasounds normal and i dont have DOR,i just wanna improve our success rate with improving my egg quality n quantity
