Pet nail protectors?

I have 2 puppies that are 5 months old. They are rambunctious lol. But they are my babies. I trim they’re nails and file them, but they’re nails still hurt when they accidentally scratch me. It really hurts when they get my face or neck. I have a few scars on my arms from this. So, I was wondering if anyone has every used the “soft paws”? I researched it and they don’t seem like any harm. They’re non toxic, but my only question about them is that you have to glue them on your pups nails. Is the glue safe for the pups? Anyone that has used or uses the safe paws, please give me your input. I have attached a picture of the safe paws that I was looking at (of course I would get the one for pups not cats) and a couple of my battle scars on my arms. Something has to give!
