First period?

I stopped bleeding around 2 weeks postpartum. I just began bleeding again (bright red) at 4 weeks postpartum. Is this my period? I’m also breaking out which only happens around my period. If it’s not should I be concerned?

I bled on and off for 9 weeks 😭 now 7 months postpartum no period

I was told that if I stopped bleeding completely and then started again a few weeks later, it was my period most likely. I stopped bleeding a little after 2 weeks pp and then started at 5 Weeks pp. it lasted ten days and was heavy. My OB said it was my period. I’m not breastfeeding
