Infertility sucks

I’ve been married 6 years ... I have a 7 year old son from a previous relationship... I was on the IUD paraguard for about 3 years mabye ... it was hormone free and once taking out you should be able to conceive immediately.... here it is almost 3 years later NOTHING! ... we have both been to the doctor every doctor says after all the test ran that I’m perfectly fine and his sperm count is great ... it makes me sad every month I start my period... infertility has almost put me into depression I JUST WANT A BABY SO BAD!! ... so I’m now at the OBGYN as I’m typing to see if I can get prescribed any medicine... I’m not rich (we are middle class ) but I just can’t afford those expensive different options they have for couples like us ..... if anyone has any thing that could help please let me know ... we also use lube could that be the cause 🤨 thank you for your time
