Who has daycare\childcare figured out?

My husband and I meet with a daycare provider next Tuesday that I LOVE! Has anyone given daycare a thought or is it something that is not on your agenda for a few more months?

I do only because I work as an infant teacher and baby will be in my classroom with me :)

We'll be having baby stay with in laws once a week, my mom once a week, and day care the other 3 days. My husband's family is extremely traditional and are anti-daycare so I'm sure they have lots to say about this arrangement... idgaf. Having a relative care for your baby is wonderful but is a LOT of work to ask someone to put out, even if it's for one day a week. Plus I love the structure and socialization aspects of daycare.

I'm lucky enough to get to stay home with my babies! plus my daughter will be 20ish months when our 2nd daughter is born and I don't think we could afford daycare for 2 babies! it's CRAZY expensive where me and hubby live!

I kept my baby home the first 15 months, she wasn't in daycare 2 months and I've already pulled her out. She's not going back.

We’re both going to trade off days with the baby at home until 12 months and I’m dreading the start of finding a daycare. Even though it’s subsidized in the province I live in.

I am the Daycare 🙋🏼‍♀️ I’ll be watching a couple babies part time/full time along with mine so if anyone is in Charlotte, nc and needs some help, I’m here!! Haha

I do, but I have it easy since our son attends the day care baby will attend. They have us priority on the list.
