Is it normal not to feel movement at 16w with twins this being my third pregnancy

Hi ladies

So I am a little uptight this pregnancy and I feel like I haven’t felt them flutter or move. This is my third pregnancy. A girlfriend of mine is pregnant with her second and could feel movement at 15w and I am 16w and still don’t feel them. So I am concerned
