I have been having contractions since last night around 4 AM. Had my 40 week appointment today and I have been having them literally all day too. I’m timing them now and they’re averaging around 6-7 minutes apart but they are moderately hurting. Not bad that it takes away my conversation that I can’t talk. I am 4 CM dilated

My question is how long is this going to go on? Do contractions usually stop and start again? What point do I know to go to the hospital? I am lost 😭
