23 and getting my tubes tied

So like I said I’m 23 and pregnant with my 2nd child but 3rd in total because I have a step daughter. My husband and mom are pressuring me to get my tubes tied and I’m not against it but I feel like I’m super young to just cut that off like that and be done forever. I feel like I’ll regret it later on. I feel like once my step daughter is off child support I’ll want another or what if I get remarried and want a baby with my new husband? Idk.... I mean 2 kids (kinda 3) is a lot to handle right now but I feel like in the future I’ll regret it. Thoughts?
