Induce labor!!?
Hello all! I had my 2nd sweep today! Dr said my cervix was almost 1cm last week, this week it’s a little over 2cm! What’s good ways to induce labour that actually work!? Haha sex I have heard, walking, bumpy rides, spicy foods... do any of these actually work? And what spicy foods does everyone recommend?
