How many DPO did you get +

So prior to having my son i was on a 27 day cycle. Then i pumped exclusively for about 3-4 months. So i have had one period postpartum which was on 4/6. It lasts 6 days and was completely normal. I’m certain i ovulated on 4/20 and my husband and i BD the day prior and twice the day of. AF was due yesterday and still has shown no sign as my CM usually dries up a day or 2 before and so far it hasn’t. I have had a few signs indicating i could be pregnant. So i tested day before AF was due (got my positive with my son day before AF). It was negative. My question is, do you think it was too early to test still? How many DPO have you gotten a positive? Or do you think I’m still just not regular since I’ve only had once postpartum period?
