Lightning crotch

Has anyone ever had “lightning crotch” as a early pregnancy sign? I remember it with my first pregnancy but idk if I remember it being really early. My period is supposed to come in 2 days. But I’ve gotten lightning crotch two days in a row and had a few other symptoms the past two days. I tested a couple of days ago and it was neg. I plan on testing if I don’t start my period on Saturday.

Lightning crotch is sharp pains in your vagina or cervix. It can also be around your anus.
