Sharp shooting pain near cervix??? 6 weeks 4 days.

Yesterday I had my first transvaginal ultrasound at 6 weeks 3 days and was measuring at 6 weeks 1 day. Everything was great and we saw the heartbeat. I'm also on endometrin progesterone suppositories twice a day. And all day all of a sudden I've been having sharp pains in/near my cervix. It's almost like a quick pinching pain that lasts a second. I've had it on and off all day today. I called the nurse and she said maybe it could have been from the ultrasound since it was transvaginal or it could also be from the suppositories irritating my cervix and said for me to maybe not insert them as far, but the pain has only just started today. And she said since I'm not having any cramping or bleeding that she isn't concerned. Has this happened with anyone else??? My next ultrasound isn't until next Wednesday I'm so nervous and just hope this goes away cuz it's freakin me out
