Sharing baby news with kids!

My husband and I are expecting baby #2 and we are so excited to tell our 5 year old son the news! He’s been begging for a sibling for a while now! We just had our first ultrasound today and I’m currently 7 weeks. We are trying to decide how long we should wait to tell him. How far along were you when you shared to news with your other kiddos?
