Do you consider it day 1. When you wipe and see brown blood?  Or do you consider day 1 when it’s red?

I’m so light that sometimes it never really turns red. I count from the first sign of it.

I consider day one when I notice any sign of blood which is usually pretty accurate for me because the day that it’s supposed to stop is when it does.
