im not sure whats going on with my body...

i never spotted after i was done with my period, I literally been off of my period over a week. have another one in 2 weeks?... i feel nauseated today woke up to light pink bleeding and cramping today... i am always sexually active with my boyfriend, but i faithfully have my birth control patch. this is my 2nd box of patches, i know how to use them.this is so strange, though. its not possible I am having implantation bleeding is it? I dont think it is. i havent taken a test, last one i took was about a month or two ago. it was negative.
