TTC but not working😕

I’ve been ttc for three months now and I know it can take up to a year but all of my friends who have conceived got pregnant almost immediately after they got off bc. Could something be wrong with me? My period this cycle was three days late last cycle it only lasted a day. I took a test last time it was negative. I’m just so worried I won’t be able to have kids.. please help ease my brain 😔
