Sides of boobs hurting??

I’ve NEVER had a pain like this!! I’m not symptom spotting at all, just genuinely concerned. They’re so sore and my nipples are more sensitive then ever and always hard. It’s freaking me out 😭😭😭 also I do not get this before AF at all plus I’m not due for another 2 weeks.

For me this happens right before my period but if it’s not normal for you it could be a symptom.

I do get this often, and from what I'm told breast pain felt on the sides or in/near the arm pit is a sign you have ovulated.
maybe just strong hormones this month 🤷
