Registry Rant/Question

Okay, so we registered at target and amazon. It seems like every week or so target shows that one or more items is no longer available and suggests I remove or replace the item. Well I get on today and there are SIX items suddenly no longer available. Well I decided to look up my registry as a shoppers point of view, well on their side it shows my travel system is out of stock, my cart cover is no longer available, and our baby monitor is no longer available! But it doesn’t show that on MY end so I can’t edit my registry to get different or similar items. I’m SO mad! I’ve looked at ALL their options for travel systems and that is the one I want, so idk if I should wait until closer to my shower and see if it’s back in stock or just change it all together now. I can swap the monitor and cart cover, that’s not a huge deal, but it just makes me wonder if I’m gonna have to check my registry constantly to see what’s no longer available every single week. I wish I would’ve just registered at walmart but it’s too late now as my invitations have already gone out😢😡😕
