Spotting after period wtf? (9 days already)

So I just got the nexplanon like 2 months ago and my period came late I was spotting the first two days then I had a regular period. My periods usually last like 4 days but Ive been spotting/ bleeding off and on for 9 days already? Is this normal

I had the same thing. I had spotting before my period then had normal period for about 4-5 days like usual then I was spotting for about a week after my normal period had finished but it’s now stopped spotting. Wait it out and see if it’s still fairly bad then maybe get the pill which can help regulate bleeding

I got the nexplonan tooken out becuase of that. I was litteraly on my period for months stright if i wasn't on my period I was spotting. For me this was the worse bc, my periods were never ending, I gained weight like no other, and my moods were all over the place. I kept it in for 2 years thinking maybe it'll get better but never did. I say give it a few months and see if it changes, sometimes it takes a bit for your body to get used to. than you might not even have a period anymore.
