What is the average amount of milk you pump in a day on top of breastfeeding?
I’m just curious because I’m about to start work and I want to make sure I’m not low compared to most moms..

While I was at home, I just used the Hakaa cups

(I bought the knock off) while breastfeeding instead of pumping. I collected between 2-3
 ounces whenever I used them (I didn't use them at each feeding), for an average of 10-16 ounces a day. I just went back to work on Tuesday and I usually bring home about 12 ounces. I just pumped 7 ounces, and will pump one more time before going home. My baby is 6 weeks old.

Before I went to work I was pumping 10-15oz in a day. But now that I’m at work I’m pumping about 15-20oz in a day and then I just nurse him once I’m home and don’t pump at night.

I usually get about 8-10 ounces on top of breastfeeding if I pump twice. If I pump once I get 6-8 occasionally.
