Raspberry Leaf Tea
I was at zero dilation with no signs of labor last week. Yesterday I walked around the Museum, Drank two cups of this tea and had sex with my SO this morning. Today at my 38 week appointment I was 5 cm dilated and delivered my son 7 hours later.
Not sure which one worked its magic but I’m sure a combination of the three helped
(I mixed my tea with Cran-Rasberry Juice)
