What is happening to me?

I'm on my second week for the patch and I've started bleeding. It at first seemed like very light spotting which isn't normal for me but I've been having some weird stuff going on so I shrugged it off. Now its heavier and seems more like a period but I still have 12 days till my period is due. Ive been having nausea, bloating, sharp stomach pains, back pain and spasms, easily irritated, acne, headaches, hot flashes, boob and nipple pain. None of these are normal signs of my period is coming and when on my period all I get is back pain and cramps. Any ideas on why all this would be happening?

Is it possible to have my period even with my patch still on a week and a half after my actual period?
