Anyone else get yeast infections right before their period??? IT IS DRIVING ME INSANE

Are you consuming/craving more sugars before your period? You might be feeding a candida overgrowth/ yeast infection. Try no sugars before your next period. If that helps, look up the candida diet and do it to kill off the yeast for good
