Full bladder feeling?

So I have had this on and off full bladder feeling for the past couple of days.  Not got any pain whilst peeing. Can this be an ovulation symptom? According to app should be ovulating over the weekend.
It doesn’t feel like a UTI, it’s just odd and I had it last month as well and then it went away

I had this feeling for a few weeks. But mine was a full bladder all the time, it hurt so bad I felt like my bladder was goinf to explode, it didn't hurt to start peeing but when I was stoppjng it hurt so bad, and it was a weak stream. It lasted for a few weeks, I was soooo bloated. I couldn't wear tight clothes. 
I made an appointment to go in but I have to wait two more weeks! 
You should get it checked out just incase it is a uti. Its better to be safe than sorry I wish I went in earlier.
