Pregnant?

So guys I haven’t had a period since around January. However, I have spotted only enough to be there when wiping tho. I’ve been very nauseated, dizzy, sensitive to smells, and my feet are swelling. I do have a appointment with my OBGYN on Wednesday. But I was just wondering what y’all thought about my symptoms and my missed period!

Have you taken a home pregnancy test? This would have shown by now if your last period was January. I would get bloodwork done to try and figure it out. There is something called phantom pregnancy where you have lots of symptoms of pregnancy but not actually pregnant. Just take a test and if negative, go see a doctor as it is a long time to go without a period
