Not my usual session...
So after weeks of not being able to go to the gym and lift I thought I’d try something a little different...
I’m attempting yoga!! I hear it’s great for pregnant women and it also helps your body get ready for labour. (Even though I have ages until that, who knows - could be great fun!)
So here goes - wish me luck.

P.S I’m not a massive yoga goer, I just train my core and teach myself how to hold my own body weight - which happens to be in the yoga studio 🙂
