Is it normal to feel nauseous and then a couple min later pass out 3 times in the bathroom?

The only reason I found out I was pregnant my first child is because I passed out 3 times in 1 week. I didn’t know why I kept fainting because I felt perfectly fine. Turns out I was dehydrated because everything I was intaking was going straight to my baby apparently 😂 but I would take a test or go to the doctor if I were you.

The o ky symptom I’ve had is a little heartburn last week (21 weeks pregnant) other than that I’ve had 3 kidney infections. No morning sickness or anything.
