What week do you guys start to get baby ready to come like:walking sex etc... I’ll be 36 tomorrow and so ready to get this over with my last three pregnancy went by so smooth and fast ugh 😑

I got my birthing ball in the mail last week and have been bouncing on it every few days. My husband and I had sex the other night since it’s supposed to help promote labor, but honestly we won’t be doing it again. I ended up having to call labor and delivery to make sure I was okay. I’ve bled after sex before but this time was a lot of blood and it was just dripping out. Luckily cuz I was able to feel baby move still and had no cramps the nurse said I was okay and prolly just hit a blood vessel in the cervix. But it was still scary not knowing if it was sex related or labor related. 
It’s hard for me to be able to get out and go on walks. My husband doesn’t want me to go alone or just with our dogs being so prego he doesn’t feel safe. But he works so much it’s hard to find time when he’s off. But I think ima try to get him to go a few days out of the weeek before he goes into work.
I also heard orange juice/vitamin c helps promote labor.

I wouldn't do anything until 37wks. Anything because that is preterm.

I, personally, start a regiment around 30 weeks to get my body ready. I order and drink Earth Mama organics 3rd trimester tea, 1 cup daily/every other until 33-34w (2cups) then 37w(3-4 cups), pineapples every week, and as for sex and walking they are throughout my pregnancy. You're already past that, so go for it to get your body awoken in a way. Mind you, personally, I do not have my babies until 39-40 weeks. I haven't had complications with this, I keep my midwives aware of the tea because it has red raspberry leaf as well as other herbs. Given the fact, everyone is different... I do not recommend this for anyone unless they've talked to their doctor because it's a drawn out regiment that I've followed for a while now (many preemies on this app recently that I will not be considered responsible for, if some one decides to over do any of this), it works for my body and it's not just the last couple weeks kind of thing. I would like to say, I am happy to have shared this and if you want more tips. I am an open book. Which does NOT include any use of castor oil, I do not trust it and have other ways.
