What Fizzy drinks do you drink while pregnant?

And how much do you drink a day? and what fizzy drink is bad, as I can’t stop drinking diet coke but have one a day😩

You’re allowed a limit of 200mg of caffeine daily when pregnant. As long as you’re within this limit while drinking Diet Coke it will be fine. Remember to drink plenty of water as well though

Literally none of this are okay for an all day thing. Maybe one cup and that’s it. Stick to caffeine free sodas.

I definitely didn’t give up my soda while I was pregnant. I had 1-2 bottles of Dr. Pepper a day and had a healthy little girl. Dr said that amount was totally ok.

nothing but water and the very rare sweet tea. anything but water makes me feel crappy. the only time I can stand sweet tea is when it's not too sweet. and I feel like I need water constantly so I go through probably at least 150 oz a day, I refill my 8/12 oz cup every half hour

Either club soda plain or with a hint of juice. (I love apple juice ) or seltzer with flavor 👍🏽 or every couple days a coke! (A small can)
