6 weeks 3 days NO Fetal Pole

So last night I had some mild cramping, it felt like Af was coming. I went to the bathroom wiped and pink spotting blood was on the tissue then I looked down in the toilet and a nickel size blood clot was there. We immediately went to the emergency room and 4 hours later after a vaginal ultrasound the doctor came in and told me my sac is reading 6 weeks 3 days and not the 5 weeks 4 days that I thought I was due to the first day of my last period. Confusing since I tracked this pregnancy since the first day of trying. Then he said he is not seeing a FETAL POLE🙁😔😢 So I’m wondering is this a sign of miscarriage😢? Did this happen to anyone else? I looked it up and a lot of other women are saying its just to early to detect. My levels are over 20,000 There having me come in Sunday to the ER for another blood test and ultrasound and I’m trying not to stress but I so worried that there’s something wrong😓
