Anyone pregnant over 40’s?

I’m 42 year old and I’m pregnant of my second child, my first one is 14 years old now and I was supposed to start enjoying the good life now and.. I decided to do all over again lol happy and scared!

I turned 40 years old in March. We were shocked to find out I am pregnant.....with twins!!

I'm not quite 40 but I'm 38 and my husband is 43 and we just had a healthy daughter a week ago. I honestly don't see much difference in our ability to keep up vs when I was pregnant with my 1st baby at age 30. They ran a few extra tests but nothing crazy. Congrats on your pregnancy!

Did any of you do the Chromosome Test? I was offered the choice because I am over 35, I have a week to think about it. At first I wanted it but now after talking to my husband we think we aren’t going to get it. Any thoughts?
