14 days of period

so exhausted. I've been on the nexplanon for two years now and my period stopped for one year on it. Irregular periods and bleeding are a common symptom but my periods have come back with maybe 15 days between cycles, 7 days of a heavy red flow and then 7 more awkward days of stains, spotting, dark red blood eg. I'm EXHAUSTED. I'm so EMOTIONAL. I'm truly finding this month so so hard. I don't know how much more bleeding I can put up with....

we use condoms and my bc so we're safe and I'm happy we are, but I'm snapping with this hormonal stuff atm. My final college exams are happening and I am unable to properly focus and study :(
