how to help 3 month old sleep after 4 a.m. feed
my son gets up at about 1 a.m. and then 4 a.m. to eat... but as of lately has not been going back down again after 4 a.m. feeding and I think it's because he needs to poop which he usually does around 5- 6 a.m.. does anyone have any tips about this. I was thinking maybe I try to feed him a little earlier so he's extra sleeping doesn't stay up. I have also tried gas drops to.
