Ok so I’m really struggling right now with my weight loss journey and i need motivation to keep going. In 2014 i was put on depo (form of bc in a shot) at the weight of 130, which was healthy for me. I gained 60lbs from my bc. A little later, i was under a lot of stress and gained about 20lbs. In 2016 i was 210 and now I’m down to 185. Even though i have lost weight, i feel as if I’ve plateau’d. Basically what I’m asking is:

What are the best ways that y’all are staying motivated to keep losing weight! Thank y’all so much!
