Clomid, hit or miss?

So I’ve miscarried 2 pregnancies in 2017 and been trying to convince ever since but no luck, i was perfectly health at the times of pregnancy. I recently went back to the doctors in early April to see what was going on and why no baby still. Doctor found out I have pcos so I’ve completely changed my diet and started metformin. He also put me on 50 mg clomid to help. I was wondering how successful some of you ladies were with it and how many rounds did you have to do before your bfp. I had my first round from April 8-14 period due 11th of may.
