Is that even possible? I’m currently 34+3 and this is my second pregnancy. I’ve been leaking colostrum for a while now and I did breastfeed my first so is it possible to have a clogged duct before this baby even comes?! It started late last night and I put a warm pad on my breast for a while and did some hand expressions and I still feel some pain today but not nearly as bad as it was last night. I plan to just keep doing what I have been doing until Monday and then call my Dr if there is no change or gets worse. But has this happened to anyone?! How did you handle it?
