In my grade I always assumed most of the guys were really nice and not shallow at all. But, one day during study hall I heard from one of my guy friends that they go through all the girls' Instagrams to play "Smash or Pass". So they go to a girls Insta to see if each guy would have sex with her. The guys in my grade are so depraved to define us as being "hot enough" to have sex with. We are so much more than our Instagram pictures. We are strong women who shouldn't be define by a guy's desire to have sex with us. We have hopes, dreams, doubts, fears, passions, loves, and complex feelings. They should see us for who we are, not just for which of their friends want to f*ck us. I can't believe they would be so shallow. And it just makes me want to leave this small school because I know that most of the guys here are shallow so I can't wait to leave for college and find a guy or girl who loves me for me not for whether or not their friends think I'm "smashable"
