Is it safe to soak up some rays outside when pregnant?

I’m 10 weeks pregnant with twins and it’s a beautiful sunny day today! I want to sit outside and bask in the sun for a bit haha. Not in a bikini just maybe a t shirt and shorts to get some tiny bit of color, is this safe to do....?

I’d recommend so sunscreen m. I was out yesterday and burnt in 5 min! Your skin is super sensitive when pregnant

Of course it is just put some sun screen on tho.. I’m in the U.K. and we had two days of really hot weather (for us) I’ve not sat inside once been out in the garden soaking up the sun before it rains again (British weather great) 🙄

Of course, I still occasionally lay out and suntan for like 20 minutes. The sun just feels good ☀️
