Painful nodule under my armpit! What could it be?

Ladies, this week i noticed two sort of painful small nodules under my left armpit. I wanna think that it is just my pimple time of the month or hair that didn’t come out correctly. Any ideas? I’m scared

I get cysts in my armpits and earlobes when I eat too much salt. Once I get one I cut back on salt and drink extra water. They usually start shrinking in about two weeks.

I got one while I was pregnant and I let my Dr know. She said to keep an eye on it if it goes away or gets smaller after a week or so then its fine. If it doesn't to go back and let her know.
