Anyone ever tried the military diet?

I believe I lost 4 or 5 in those 3 days. i replaced all the crackers with the smae calories in toast and fried all the eggs. I think it was helpful as a reset to start eating smaller portions

I guess you could call it that, I ate 1-2 times  not massive portions and in two weeks I lost 7+ kg
