Weirdest thing

Destiny • Mon, May 07 • Happily Married w a lil boy named Theo and we have a babygirl on the way

So I had a MMC and had a D&C; on 4/20. just got off my period yesterday that started about five days ago. and for some dumb reason I took a pregnancy test with my opk & I got the faintest positive. Do y’all think it’s just left over from my first pregnancy? My doctor told me that my HCG levels have to be back to normal in order to start my period so i’m really confused.
