IUD cramps??
So I had my iud inserted Thursday and today is Sunday. I went for a slightly hard hike today with a friend and now I’m cramping up pretty hard. I haven’t had any period cramps since Friday so I know it’s not those. I know my doctor said no sex and what not but she never said anything about exercise. Should I be worried I displaced it? Or is this pretty normal since it’s still pretty new? Like should I be making a doctors appointment or what 😂
